Say this next
“It sounds like the concern is not whether the change matters, but whether your team has the capacity to absorb it. Can we start there?”

Works where you already work

Designed to support your existing meeting and writing workflow.

Thrive’s job is to connect context across the tools you already use, not create another place to manage every conversation.

The problem

The conversations that matter most still depend on memory, judgment, and perfect timing.

Most meeting tools create a record. Leaders also need help understanding the room, finding the right framing, and carrying relationship context into what happens next.

01 · BEFORE

The right context is scattered across calendars, notes, websites, and one person’s head.

Preparation is inconsistent, especially when the day is already full.

02 · DURING

You can hear what someone is saying and still need help finding the clearest response.

Framing, objections, power dynamics, and next moves happen in real time.

03 · AFTER

Decisions, commitments, and relationship momentum disappear into disconnected notes.

The meeting ends, but the work of remembering and following through begins.

Prepare for the conversation. Know what to say. Leave with follow-through done.

Thrive is not trying to become another CRM or project-management system. It is the context layer that helps the meeting itself produce better decisions, clearer language, and reusable relationship memory.

Capture 01

Hear the meeting clearly.

Live transcript, speaker context, consent reminders, and meeting metadata create the record without pulling you out of the room.

Understand 02

Notice what matters.

Signals like readiness, capacity strain, authority, alignment, and board context help you understand what the conversation needs next.

Execute 03

Move the work forward.

Summaries, commitments, follow-up drafts, and workspace memory keep decisions connected after the call ends.

Before the meeting

Walk in already understanding the room.

Thrive combines your workspace context with the person, organization, relationship, and purpose of the meeting.

1
Research the people and organization Surface recent priorities, relevant context, and likely concerns.
2
Choose the meeting purpose Discovery, client delivery, board, team, partner, interview, and more.
3
Prepare the outcome Clarify what must be learned, decided, aligned, or moved forward.

During and after

Get support in the moment, then leave with the work organized.

Thrive listens to the conversation through the lens of your organization, relationship, purpose, and voice, then offers relevant guidance without turning the meeting into a script.

1
Conversation and speaker context Follow the thread while Thrive notices readiness, hesitation, capacity, authority, and alignment.
2
In-your-voice framing See what to say, what to ask, and what not to rush without sounding like a generic script.
3
Relationship continuity Carry decisions, commitments, unresolved questions, and next steps into the next conversation.

Your best judgment, supported. Thrive holds the context so you can stay present with the person in front of you.
Connected preparation

Your next meeting can arrive with its context already attached.

Connect Google Calendar and Thrive can surface upcoming conversations, participants, timing, and supported meeting links before you enter the room.

That context becomes the starting point for research, preparation, live guidance, and follow-through instead of another detail you have to re-enter.

Phase 1 privacy: calendar access is read only. Thrive reads the meeting details needed for preparation and does not create, edit, or delete your events.

This short walkthrough shows how Thrive Copilot prepares you before the meeting, supports the conversation live, and turns the call into clear follow-through afterward.

01 Prepare from calendar context and workspace memory before the meeting starts.
02 Use live guidance to frame the moment, ask sharper questions, and notice signals.
03 Leave with a transcript, summary, commitments, follow-up language, and reusable relationship context.

A different job than note taking

Most tools document the meeting. Thrive helps you navigate it.

Keep the recorder or note taker you already use if it serves you. Thrive can complement it as the context and guidance layer connecting preparation, live judgment, organizational memory, and follow-through.

Most meeting tools optimize for

Capturing what was said accurately
Producing summaries, notes, and action items
Making meeting records searchable and shareable
Moving meeting data into calendars, documents, and CRMs

Thrive is designed to

+ Prepare from your role, organization, audience, relationship, and intended outcome
+ Guide framing, questions, risks, and next moves while the conversation is happening
+ Remember commitments and relationship context across conversations
+ Adapt to board, funder, client, partner, team, hiring, and leadership conversations, not only sales
Beyond the meeting

Keep working in your voice with Thrive Voice.

Use one shortcut to dictate an email, follow-up, note, response, or AI prompt from any desktop application. Thrive removes filler, applies your preferred style, remembers important terms, and returns finished writing you can use immediately.

It is a natural premium companion to Thrive Copilot: the meeting gives you the context, and Thrive Voice helps you turn that context into action.

Product roadmap

Focused enough for beta. Built to grow across teams and workflows.

Early access keeps the product narrow where reliability matters most: preparation, live guidance, summaries, Thrive Voice, account security, and usage controls. The broader ecosystem comes after the core meeting experience proves value.

Now

Early-access desktop workspace

Signed desktop app, protected accounts, Google Calendar context, meeting capture, live guidance, summaries, follow-up, and plan limits.

Next

Team memory and workflow routing

Shared workspaces, admin controls, Slack and document handoffs, stronger meeting history, and better follow-up routing.

Later

Partner, API, and mobile pathways

Selective integration partnerships, API exploration, mobile companion experiences, and deeper enterprise governance after product-market fit signals are clearer.

A copilot that starts with context

Onboarding teaches Thrive how your work actually works.

Each user creates a workspace for their role, organizations, audience, priorities, approved messaging, voice, relationships, and recurring meeting types. That context shapes every recommendation.

Questions before early access

Clear answers for the first cohort.

The product is moving toward public launch. These answers should stay conservative until security, billing, and production integrations are finalized.

Yes. Users are responsible for following applicable recording, transcription, privacy, employment, and consent laws and policies. Thrive should include practical notice reminders so participants understand when conversation capture or AI support is being used.
The early desktop workflow is being built around common meeting audio patterns and calendar links, with Google Calendar and Google Meet first. Zoom and Microsoft Teams recognition are part of the Phase 1 roadmap, with deeper native integrations planned after the first cohort.
Not necessarily. Those tools are strong at notes, transcription, and platform-specific summaries. Thrive is designed as the context and guidance layer: preparation, live framing, organizational memory, relationship continuity, and follow-up across different kinds of conversations.
Early access should use secure account controls, clear workspace boundaries, limited internal access, defined retention choices, and user-controlled calendar and meeting permissions. Formal security and compliance claims should be made only after the production controls are validated.
Yes. Calendar context is a Phase 1 priority because it makes preparation automatic. Google Calendar comes first, with Outlook, CRM routing, team notifications, and workflow tools planned after the core meeting experience is stable.
Partnership and API pathways are planned for the right use cases, but they come after the early-access product proves the core workflow. For now, partnership inquiries can be routed through the Partnerships page.
