These terms outline the early-access relationship between you and Thrive Copilot, Inc.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter an agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting credentials and activity under your account.
Early-access service
Early-access features may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. Access may be limited by cohort, platform, meeting hours, plan, geography, or technical requirements.
Responsible conversation use
You are responsible for complying with recording, interception, transcription, privacy, employment, confidentiality, and consent laws and policies. You must provide notice and obtain consent when required. Do not use Thrive Copilot to deceive participants, make unlawful decisions, or process information you are not authorized to use.
AI-generated output
Guidance, transcripts, summaries, speaker labels, and other output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it for consequential decisions. Thrive Copilot does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice.
Customer content and product rights
You retain rights in content you lawfully provide, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service. Thrive Copilot and its software, product design, branding, models, prompts, documentation, and related technology remain owned by Thrive Copilot, Inc. and its licensors.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, extract source code except where law permits, introduce harmful code, misuse another person's data, resell unauthorized access, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Payment, suspension, and termination
During early access, the service is provided without charge unless otherwise stated to you in writing. Subscription, refund, and renewal terms for paid plans will be presented before you are charged. We may suspend or terminate access, and you may stop using the service, at any time. Early-access invitations may be withdrawn to protect users, data, security, or product integrity.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrive Copilot, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina for any dispute arising from these terms or the service.
