Thrive's current Mac workflow uses a supported audio-routing setup so the user can hear the meeting while Thrive receives meeting audio.

Participant notice and consent

Users are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required by law, policy, contract, or organizational practice before transcription.

Transcripts and summaries

Review speaker labels, generated summaries, decisions, and follow-up before relying on or sharing them. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate.

Formal ticketing and self-service account recovery are part of production readiness. Early-access members will receive direct onboarding and support instructions.
